When will you ship my order?
- We ship orders every week day before 12pm. If you order at night then we aim to have your order shipped the next morning before 12pm. If you order at 1pm it is likely that we will ship your order the next day.

My courier tracking number says "no information loaded"?
- Our system notifies you as soon as we "fulfill" your order and assigns the package a tracking number. The tracking number wont show any details until it is picked up by the courier. Please be patient and remember our shipping rules above, if it is before 12pm then it is likely that the courier has yet to pick up your package.

When will my order arrive?
- This depends on how busy the courier's are. Most of our local deliveries will be delivered the same day or the next business day. Any interisland or rural delivery addresses should add 1 day to the delivery timeframe.

How should I wash my towel?
- Follow the instructions on the label. If your towel needs a wash then machine wash it on cold by itself. Avoid using any detergent. Then hang it up to air dry it out.

My towel has a couple of pulled threads - what should I do with these?
- The design of the fiber means that from time to time it can get caught on sharp parts of your vehicle and this may cause a thread to pull out. DO NOT pull the thread out. Simply snip it off with some sharp scissors and continue using your towel as per normal.

Where are you based?
- We are an online business. Minimal overheads mean we can pass on our savings to you in the form of competitively priced products. Our products are shipped out of our warehouse located in Hamilton, New Zealand.
